Congress MLA Sunil Kedar has been disqualified by the Maharashtra Legislative Secretariat following his conviction in a Rs 150 crore cooperative bank scam. Kedar, sentenced to five years in prison, was accused of causing losses to the Nagpur District Central Cooperative Bank in 2002.
