Under the OFS, Waaree Sustainable Finance to sell 27 lakh shares, Mahavir Thermoequip to offload 4.5 lakh shares and the rest 50,000 will be sold by Chandurkar Investments. 50% of the issue is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35% for retail investors and the rest 15% for non-institutional investors.
