Advocate Jai Anant Dehadrai has accused Mahua Moitra of conducting illegal surveillance on her ex-boyfriend with the assistance of senior police officers in West Bengal. Dehadrai has lodged a complaint with the CBI and the home ministry, claiming that Moitra obtained call detail records (CDR) of her ex-boyfriend without authorization.
