Centre holding talks with NE militants, but treating civilians in J-K as militants: Mehbooba Mufti
PDP president Mehbooba Mufti criticized the central government, claiming that while it negotiates with militants in the Northeast, it treats civilians in Jammu and Kashmir as militants. Speaking at an event in Anantnag, Mufti expressed her opposition to the indiscriminate arrests and raids carried out by agencies like the Enforcement Directorate, NIA, and SIA in Jammu and Kashmir.
