The Congress party is still awaiting “ground permission” from the Manipur government to launch its Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, despite applying for it a week ago. The AICC team met with the state chief secretary, Vineet Joshi, who assured them that they would receive an update on the permission by Monday evening.
