SK Ghosh says: “We found out that 65% of the overall consumption in private final consumption expenditure has possibly declined to close to 60% for 10% of the population. That is basically around 8.2 trillion. So what I am trying to say is that 8.2 trillion consumption expenditure may have possibly shifted from the top of the pyramid to the bottom of the pyramid.”
