Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced that his government aims not only to achieve but exceed the target of creating 10 lakh government jobs in the state. During a function for the distribution of appointment letters to newly recruited teachers, Kumar stated that the government had provided appointment letters to 96,823 newly recruited teachers on that day, bringing the total of government jobs provided to 3.63 lakh people in the state.
