The CNX IT index has rallied 0.8 percent to 11,708, and the pharma index has slipped marginally a percent at 13,175. The Bank Nifty is down 1.6 percent at 16,867, while the PSU Bank and Realty indices down around 2 percent each.The India VIX (Volatility) index up 4.4% at 25.68.
