The issue comprises an offer for sale of up to 100,000,000 shares by Telecommunications Consultants India. There will be no fresh issue of shares in the IPO, and, therefore, Bharti Hexacom will not receive any proceeds from the share sale, Bharti Airtel said in a release to the exchanges.
