Sensex, Nifty, Share Prices LIVE: Asian markets are in positive territory, with Wall Street stocks achieving modest gains and reaching new records despite concerns about the market’s rapid ascent. The Japanese Nikkei 225 index climbed 0.43%, or 155.55 points, reaching 36,702.50, while the broader Topix rose 0.34%, or 8.60 points, reaching 2,553.52. South Korea’s Kospi displayed strength with a 0.55% increase, or 13.54 points, at 2,477.89. The Hang Seng index advanced 0.52%, or 77.15 points, hitting 15,038.33, and Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 index gained 0.58%, or 43.50 points, reaching 7,520.10. Wall Street’s S&P 500 marked a consecutive record high close, driven by tech stock gains, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising 0.36%, the S&P 500 gaining 0.22%, and the Nasdaq Composite adding 0.32%.
