Neeraj Kumar, a leader of the Janata Dal-United (JDU), responded to the political instability in Bihar by stating that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar does not aspire for any post and those who are confused should know better. Congress leader Prem Chandra Mishra questioned why Nitish Kumar is remaining silent and called for clarity. In 2022, Bihar CM snapped ties with the BJP, alleging conspiracy and attempts to influence JD-U MLAs to rebel against him.
