Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Manoj Jha said that Lalu Prasad Yadav has been authorized to make decisions regarding the possibility of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar joining the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA). The RJD held a positive meeting in Patna where all state and national issues were discussed. The ruling JD(U)-RJD-Congress alliance in Bihar is on the brink of collapse as there is a likelihood of Nitish Kumar crossing over to the NDA again. If Nitish crosses over, this would be the fourth time he would be switching sides.
