Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is expected to resign from the ‘Mahagathbandhan’ government by Sunday morning, according to a source close to the CM. Before submitting his papers, Kumar will hold a customary legislature party meeting. Government offices are expected to remain open due to hectic activity.
