ED summons Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for 5th time in excise policy case
The Enforcement Directorate has issued fresh summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, requesting his appearance on Friday in connection with the money laundering probe related to the Delhi liquor policy case. This marks the fifth summons for Kejriwal, who had refused to appear on January 18, citing prior commitments during the assembly elections. The ED alleges that funds from the Delhi liquor scam were used to finance AAP's election campaign in Goa. Kejriwal has consistently called the summons "politically motivated and illegal."
