Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal said that he had submitted his resignation to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, taking responsibility for the portfolio allocation. Bhujbal had resigned on November 16 but refrained from making it public based on the advice of the CM and Deputy CM.
