As INDIA bloc parties are gradually deciding to not enter into seat-sharing arrangements with Congress, there is fresh trouble with AAP. The party, which had earlier declared that it would not have an understanding with Congress in Punjab, is now insisting that Congress first accept its demands for Gujarat and Chandigarh.
