While checking about the company had come to know that the promoter in fact wanted to delist the company after acquiring it. Didn’t happen ultimately, although don’t know the exact reason why.
Promoter is in the same line of business.
Looking at the valuations that this sector is getting, hope they get a thought of doing a reverse merger with the listed entity (wishful thinking though).
