Isn’t it that all the businesses in Nifty50 have some or the other competitive advantage for it to generate millions in sales? Without any competitive advantage or unfair advantage businesses won’t be able to generate sales? So how can a business be selected (differentiated) for investing based on competitive advantage?
For example, Nestle has loyal customers (captive), and so does ITC, P&G has captive customers, so how does one differentiate between the companies for investing basis competitive advantage as recommended by value investors?
