The Budget session of the Jharkhand Assembly began with Finance Minister Rameshwar Oraon presenting a third supplementary budget of Rs 4,981 crore. The opposition BJP created a ruckus demanding a CBI probe into the JSSC CGL examination paper leak. The session was adjourned till February 26.
