Harsh Mahajan, who won the lone Rajya Sabha seat in Himachal Pradesh, claimed that his party will form the government by ousting the ruling Congress due to their lack of majority. He stated that several Congress legislators are in touch with the BJP, and a change in the government is imminent. The Congress has 40 MLAs while the BJP has 25 in the 68-member state assembly.
