West Bengal Congress leader Kaustav Bagchi has resigned from the party, citing “lack of respect.” Bagchi, who had his head shaved after being released on bail for comments against Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, sent his resignation letter to Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge. Bagchi hinted at joining the BJP.
