The Madras High Court has deemed Tamil Nadu Youth Welfare & Sports minister Udhayanidhi Stalin’s comments on Sanatana Dharma as “divisive” and against constitutional principles. The court refused to issue a writ of quo warranto to remove Stalin, his colleague Sekar Babu, and DMK MP A Raja from their ministerial positions. Justice Anita Sumanth ruled that such comments were “perverse” and spread misinformation.
