Wangchuk started the fast at Martyrs memorial in Leh along with several other people and addressed a gathering of scores of people there, lamenting that the BJP government hasn’t fulfilled its promises made to the people of Ladakh. He also threatened to march towards the China border along with thousands of locals and nomads to express their concerns and sensitise the whole world about the situation on ground.
