Senior Congress leader P Chidambaram welcomed the Centre’s decision to reduce LPG cylinder prices but demanded assurance from Prime Minister Narendra Modi that the price won’t be increased if his party comes to power again. Chidambaram also questioned the budgetary provisions for the projects announced by the prime minister.
