“Mamata worried that about ED, CBI …”: Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on TMC going solo in Lok Sabha polls

After the Trinamool Congress (TMC) announced its candidates for all 42 seats in West Bengal, including nominating Yousuf Pathan from the Berhampore Lok Sabha seat, state Congress president Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury claimed that Mamata Banerjee is afraid of PM Modi. He alleged that Mamata is worried about facing Modi if she joins the INDIA Alliance, fearing visits from the ED and CBI on Modi’s orders. Chowdhury also claimed that Mamata’s main goal is to defeat him, even if it means the BJP wins.
