Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge pledges to protect tribal rights and land. The party promises to implement the Forest Rights Act, repeal harmful amendments, establish Scheduled Areas, and revive the Scheduled Caste Plan. Kharge also includes Minor Forest Produce (MFP) in the Right to MSP legislation.
