The Rouse Avenue court in Delhi granted custody remand of BRS MLC K Kavitha to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) until March 23. The ED sought ten days’ remand of K Kavitha in connection with the Delhi Excise policy case. K Kavitha was arrested from Hyderabad and brought before Special Judge M K Nagpal.
