The Delhi High Court admitted the CBI’s appeal against the acquittal of former telecom minister A Raja and others in the 2G spectrum allocation scam case. Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma granted “leave to appeal,” stating a prima facie case exists. The appeal will be heard in detail in May, following the court’s decision.
