The outlook is a flat start. The MAT effect could boost sentiment initially. Asian markets are in the red. US stocks sank yet again on Tuesday with the blue chips registering their third biggest loss for the year, as investors turned jittery following downbeat economic data out of China. The S&P 500 index nosedived 58.33 points, or 3%, to end at 1,913, with all of its 10 sectors in the red.
