Bharat Rasthra Samithi (BRS) leader K Kavitha has been remanded to CBI custody until April 23 in connection with the alleged Delhi excise policy scam. She was arrested by the CBI while in Tihar jail following her arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a related money laundering case.
