Sandhar’s Q4 earnings show a 45.3% increase in net profit, reaching ₹35.9 cr, and a 20% rise in revenue, reaching ₹917.8 cr. EBITDA is up 45.2% at ₹98 cr, with a margin of 10.7%.
Co. has recommended a final dividend of INR 3.25 per share.
