Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s close associate Bibhav Kumar has approached the Delhi High Court. He is challenging a trial court’s decision to deny him bail in an assault case filed by AAP MP Swati Maliwal. On Tuesday, the Tis Hazari court granted Kumar a three-day custody to the Delhi Police for further interrogation. This decision came after he had already completed four days of judicial custody.
