JP MP Pratap Chandra Sarangi expressed joy over BJP’s significant victory in the 2024 Assembly and Lok Sabha Elections in Odisha. The win ended Naveen Patnaik’s reign as Odisha CM as BJP won 78 Assembly seats out of 147, and secured 20 out of 21 Lok Sabha seats. Sarangi credited PM Modi for the victory, promising to prioritise manifesto issues once the government is established.
