The saffron party is accusing the Congress of defaming the party by launching a “PayCM’ campaign, that saw the Congress release a ‘rate card’ of bribes one must pay for various government jobs ahead of the assembly polls in May last year. Rahul Gandhi had retweeted the tweets made by his party in the run-up to the elections.
