TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu elected NDA’s chief ministerial candidate in Andhra Pradesh
N Chandrababu Naidu, the leader of TDP, was elected as the NDA leader in the Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly during a meeting attended by Telugu Desam Party, Janasena, and BJP legislators in Vijayawada. Naidu received unanimous support from the MLAs. The meeting was also attended by Andhra Pradesh BJP chief D Purandeswari and Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan, who endorsed Naidu as the chief ministerial candidate.
