We use to visit osia and found the place live. Hence may not be comparable to other fraud companies, it’s my opinion, I may be wrong.
However my concern is remuneration of promoter:
Mr. Dhirendra Chopra upto rupees 2 crores or 25 per cent of the net profits of the Company (whichever is higher) or in any year during the remaining tenure of his appointment. and same for Mrs. chopra. If duo takes half company profit what there is left for minority share holder, this prevent me for investing despite of their good growth.
