The Kerala Assembly unanimously adopted a resolution on Monday to urge the Centre to officially change the state’s name to ‘Keralam’. This resolution, moved by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, came for the second time after the Union Home Ministry suggested some technical changes to the first one.
