Pre-payment of Rs. 300 crore debt for its Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) Project

In furtherance to the captioned disclosure, it is to inform that Triumph Offshore Pvt. Ltd. (TOPL), subsidiary of the company, has further pre-paid Rs. 300 Crore to its consortium of lenders of FSRU Project towards partial repayment of the debt.
