Delhi Police have sought details from social media company X regarding TMC MP Mahua Moitra’s now-deleted comment deemed derogatory towards NCW chief Rekha Sharma. Moitra was booked under Section 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for insulting a woman’s modesty. The investigation is ongoing, with Moitra potentially being called in for questioning.
