The opposition BJP in Karnataka warned the Congress government to face public wrath if it fails to introduce a bill for job reservations for Kannadigas in the private sector. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah faced criticism for putting the bill on hold after uproar from the industry. BJP president B Y Vijayendra condemned the decision and accused the government of neglecting the employment rights of Kannadigas.
