The Delhi High Court has asked the city’s police to respond to TMC Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra’s plea seeking to quash an FIR filed against her. The FIR relates to a “derogatory” social media remark made by Moitra about NCW chief Rekha Sharma. The court’s directive was issued on Friday and a status report is expected within four weeks.
