Sterling & Wilson Solar Ltd. – Will the Sun Keep Shining?

Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy Limited’s stock was up 4.5% today!

Reason being that the company received 2 orders totaling Rs 328 crores!

1. The company received an EPC order for commissioning of 500*2 (1000 MWhr) standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) in Rajasthan, India.This is till date India’s largest BESS project which shall be executed by 2025.

2. The company also secured a 20 MW floating solar project in Karnataka from the same client, which marks the third such floating solar project being executed by the company in India!
