Ceigall India set an IPO price band of Rs 380-401, open from August 1 to 5, raising Rs 1,186.11 crore. The offering includes a fresh issue of Rs 617.69 crore and an offer for sale. Proceeds will be used for equipment purchases, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
