Update on acquisition of Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited (“RNEL”)

In furtherance to our intimations and up-dation in relation to acquisition by Swan Energy Limited (“SEL”) through a Special Purpose Vehicle, namely Hazel Infra Limited (“HIL”) of RNEL through National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”), we wish to bring into the notice of the all concerned that, RNEL has paid the financial obligation of the sum of Rs. 331.07 crore to the lenders, the due date for the payment of the same was December 23, 2024.
