Delhi minister Gopal Rai instructed arrangements for Cabinet Minister Atishi to hoist the national flag at an Independence Day event, traditionally done by CM Arvind Kejriwal. Kejriwal, currently in Tihar Jail, faced resistance from the LG office and prison authorities, the latter calling his letter proposing the change an abuse of privilege.
