Wherever there is growth, there is overvaluation as well but that is where the market is chasing equities stories, says Garre. That is what is happening right now. When we assess areas where there is not much growth, but not necessarily overvalued, we do not see that much excitement from investors. Take the case of the financial sector, or for that matter, IT services.
