The IPO will consist of an OFS of up to 2.82 crore equity shares with a face value of Re 1. Shares will be offloaded by Ashra Family Trust, Aryaman Jhunjhunwala Discretionary Trust, Aryavir Jhunjhunwala Discretionary Trust, Nishtha Jhunjhunwala Discretionary Trust, and others. Details on the price band, lot size, and reservations for qualified institutional buyers, non-institutional investors, and retail individual investors will be announced later.
