Management is doing well in running business and they did very well in reducing debt. Offcourse they are over optimistic, they are ahead of 3 to 6 months actual results. This qtr the shock is merger, so a 5% dilution, else one should be ready to see these bouncers in investing journey. If not for these, why else stock trades in discount?
