The Supreme Court planned to review Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea against the Delhi High Court’s validation of his CBI arrest in a corruption case concerning the excise policy scam on August 14. The bail plea will also be considered. The High Court previously noted that Kejriwal’s influence could silence potential witnesses.
