General resale and ecommerce sites will definitely have a larger visibility in google searches. When I looked at google results, I did find Newjaisa but only in second page.
Their listings in Amazon can be found here. The reviews are a bit mixed and I can’t decipher if customer service issues are because of Amazon or Newjaisa.

They still mention that they have 95% positive seller reviews in Amazon in their investor presentation. Not sure how they come to that figure and if they are same as product reviews.
IMHO, they don’t need to invest on branding at this moment as long as they are able to clear their inventory and grow sales.
The primary focus at this point should be on customer service and they should put their money there. They can’t afford to have 30% bad reviews on a product for whatever reason. May be their in-house portal would solve that issue…
